Smart Koltec Ltd. is Bulgarian Swiss company whose line of business is: Wholesale trade in backing pads of nylon, polyurethane and rubber for angle grinders, DA sanders and drills, polishing sponges of various density, polishing bonnets of natural wool.
Wendt USA, LLC is the North American affiliate of Gunter Wend GmbH, which is headquartered in central Germany. Wendt GmbH is recognized world-wide as one of the leading producers of flap wheels, flap discs, and polishing products for metalworking industries. Our US operation was established in Buffalo, New York in 2000 to provide direct sales, technical support and distribution capabilities to the market. By 2005 we began manufacturing flap discs in Buffalo and have continued to expand both our product offering and presence. We now offer a wide range coated and nonwoven abrasives for industrial applications. In 2025 Wendt USA partnered with Koltec Techologien GmbH to add their program to our portfolio. This allows us to pair Koltec’s exceptional backing pads with Wendt’s abrasives for optimal total performance.
